3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cold butter, cut in small cubes
2 (15oz) cans Luck’s® Fried Apples
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 375°F. In food processor, combine sugar, flour and butter. Cover; process 10 seconds or until fine and crumbly. Set aside. Drain both cans of apples and reserve 1/2 cup of the syrup. Arrange apples evenly in 8 or 9-inch square baking dish. Pour reserved syrup over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Evenly top apples with flour mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and mixture is bubbling around the edges. Cool 10 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
