3/4 pound lean (93%) ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 (1oz) package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
5 cups tortilla chips (5oz to 6oz)
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Black Beans, drained, rinsed
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup (4oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up meat. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
Spread chips in 15×10-inch baking pan with sides. Top with beef mixture, beans, tomato, salsa and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
