1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 (12oz) package andouille sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14oz) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (20oz) cans Luck’s® Southern Style Kidney Beans
Toppings, if desired: Sliced scallions, Sour cream, Shredded cheese


In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and sausage. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring to break up ground meat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans. Cover; cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve in bowls with desired toppings.
