1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
2 (15oz) cans Luck’s® Fried Apples or Fried Apples with Cinnamon, drained, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid from one can
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Streusel Topping
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, cut in small pieces


Heat oven to 425°F. Unroll and fit pie crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on pie crust box. In large bowl, mix apples, 1/4 cup of the liquid, and all remaining pie ingredients until well blended. Spoon into pie crust.

In medium bowl, mix all streusel ingredients except butter. With pastry blender or 2 table knives, cut in butter until mixture resembled course crumbs. Sprinkle over top of pie, patting lightly.

Bake 30 minutes or until deep golden brown and mixture bubbles around the edges. Cover top loosely with a piece of foil after 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning. Cool about 2 hours before cutting.
