1 can (15oz) Luck’s® Light Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoon plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
In food processor or blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 seconds or until well-blended, stopping and scraping sides if necessary. Spoon into serving bowl.
