Ingredients

8oz kielbasa, cut in 1/2-inch slices
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
3/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
2 (15oz) cans Luck’s® Pinto Beans Seasoned with Pork (do not drain)
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups water
3 cups quick cooking rice

Preparation:

In large nonstick skillet, cook kielbasa, bell pepper, onion and celery 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender and kielbasa is browned, stirring frequently. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, hot sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook rice in water as directed on package. Serve bean mixture over rice.
