Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (15oz) can Luck's® Mixed Beans (do not drain)
- 1 (15oz) can Luck's® Pinto Beans with Onion (do not drain)
- 1 (15oz) can Luck's® Giant Lima Beans (drained)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 4 strips bacon

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 to 2 & 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In large saucepan, cook onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bacon. Pour into casserole. Top with bacon, cutting to fit top of casserole. Bake uncovered 1 & 1/2 hours or until mixture is thick and bacon is cooked.
Tip: Long baking enhances the flavor as the beans absorb all of the juices.
