Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Mixed Beans Seasoned with Pork (do not drain)
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Pinto Beans with Onion Seasoned with Pork (do not drain)
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Giant Lima Beans Seasoned with Pork, drained
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
4 strips bacon

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In large saucepan, cook onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bacon. Pour into casserole. Top with bacon, cutting to fit top of casserole. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is thick and bacon is cooked.
