Easy Chicken Taco Chili
Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans Luck's® Pinto Beans with Pork (do not drain)
- 1 (10oz) can mild or original diced tomatoes & green chilies (do not drain)
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips

- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips
Directions
In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream, mixing well. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. To serve, place crushed chips in bottom of soup bowl. Top with soup.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle with cheese and sour cream if desired. If you like a little crunch, sprinkle a few crushed chips on top of the soup.
