Quick Senate Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham
- 2 (15oz) cans Luck's® Great Northern Beans (do not drain)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup instant potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Directions
In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in celery, garlic and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in ham, beans, broth and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in potato flakes and parsley.
