- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 (1 ½ to 2 lbs) thin-cut pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 2 (15oz) Luck's® Pinto Beans with Onion (do not drain)
- 1 (10 to 12oz) package shredded Brussels sprouts or 3 cups thinly sliced kale
Directions
In a small bowl combine seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle about 2 ½ teaspoons of the seasoning over both sides of the pork chops.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chops and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, turning when browned. May need to cook chops in batches. Remove chops to a plate when browned.
Add peppers to skillet and cook 2 minutes. Add beans and gently combine, cooking 1 to 2 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts (do not stir in) and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Place pork chops on top of the Brussels sprouts. Cover pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are just tender. Serve with hot sauce.
