2 (15oz) cans Luck’s® Pinto Beans Seasoned with Pork (do not drain)
1 (10oz) can mild or original diced tomatoes & green chilies (do not drain)
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (1oz) package taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups crushed tortilla chips
In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream, mixing well. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. To serve, place crushed chips in bottom of soup bowl. Top with soup.
