16oz frozen French fried potatoes (1/2 of a 32oz package)
1/2 pound lean (93%) ground beef
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Chili Beans (do not drain)
4oz pasteurized cheese product, cubed (1/2 of an 8oz brick)
1 medium tomato, seeded, diced


Heat oven to 425°F. Arrange potatoes in single layer in 15×10-inch baking pan with sides. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or as directed on package, until potatoes are golden brown.

Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up meat. Drain. Stir in beans and sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring frequently. Stir in cheese and tomato. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is thick and bubbly, stirring frequently. When ready to serve, transfer potatoes to serving platter. Spoon hot chili mixture over potatoes.
