1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Black-Eyed Peas with Pork (drained)
1 (15oz) can Luck’s® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.5oz) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup chopped red onion (about 1/2 onion)
1 cup chopped green bell pepper (1 medium)
1 cup loosely packed chopped cilantro
1 avocado, peeled, diced
1 large jalapeno, finely diced

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar


In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except dressing ingredients. In small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Drizzle over bean mixture and toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
