Ingredients
- 6 slices thick cut bacon, cut crosswise in ¼-inch strips
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
- 3 (15oz) cans Luck's® Great Northern Beans (Do not drain)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard

Directions
Heat oven to 325⁰F. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. With slotted spoon, remove bacon to small bowl. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings from pan (save or discard the rest). Stir in onion to bacon drippings in pan. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in bell pepper and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to soften. Stir in bacon and all remaining ingredients. Spoon into 2 ½ to 3-quart baking dish or casserole. Bake 1 ½ to 2 hours or until bubbly and thick.
