- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 (15oz) cans Luck's® Pinto Beans with Pork (do not drain)
- 3/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions
In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned, stirring to break up meat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
Tip: Use your favorite tomato-based barbecue sauce for this quick and easy recipe. Can be served as a side dish, or larger portions for an entrée.
Serving Suggestion: To complete the meal, serve the beans with cornbread.
