Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry macaroni (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 (15oz) cans Luck's® Hot Chili Beans (do not drain)
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced fire roasted tomatoes (do not drain)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet with deep sides, or in Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. When macaroni is cooked, drain and stir into bean mixture. Top individual servings with cheese.

Tip: Substitute Luck’s® Chili Beans for the Hot Chili Beans for less heat.
